Well, never too early to start thinking about the M&G. If you check out the up-dated "cool as" KOTR calender. May 5th and May 12th are both public holiday Mondays (giving people a 3 day weekend to get to and from the M&G).
Traditionally the Spring M&G has been in Seonunsan Park (Mun Bawi is good for bumblies and me, Seoksal bawi is great for intermediate and kickarse types, the camping is decent etc). But as ever, the location and dates will be put up for voting. Let's use this thread for now as a place to get general feedback and post a poll for voting a bit later.
Location needs to have decent facilities nearby (toilets, camping) routes for everyone (5.8-5.12) and preferably be accessible by public transport.

i would like to add Ulsan/Munsusan to the list of options. this crag has a plethora of climbs in a beautiful and culturally rich environment. the info page makes no mention of camping legalities but the dirt road/parking lot just below the main parking lot offers a lot of potential. i've heard others mention that this place might work for a M&G so maybe this could be our third ole' reliable??
oh, and i vote for beginning of april!

edit: deleted naysaying attitude

I've not been to Ulsan - does anyone know how close public transportation will get you to the climbing areas?

I think public transport here is spotty, but I could swing a pickup or two, assuming Cha Cha is still going!!

If we can express preferences, I vote for the sooner the better, but not April 5-6 or 12-13 (I'll be out of the country). Of course, if those are the best days for others, I understand : 0 : )

oh and as far as public transpo to Ulsan, we have always taken the bus to Ulsan and then a taxi up the mountain costs about 15,000krw which split between 4 people isnt that bad.
