Directions

It's a tough place to explain how to get to now that one of the large landmarks has been destroyed. But most taxi drivers now the landmark and can still take you there so that's what i will give directions for. Ask them to take you to Gyeong Seong Sports with the proper Korean pronunciation of 'sports'. If you get dropped off at the old sports building and you are looking at the building from the outside, walk left about 2 blocks (5-8 minutes) on the same side as the old sports building. The gym is in the basement of an office style looking building. on the outside is a vertical yellow sign that says "fifteen" on it. If you are walking and go under a bridge, you've gone too far. If you see a climbing store with an old artificial wall on the outside of the store across the street, this is one of the better gear stores in daejeon. HongHyeon is the owner, is super friendly and may even hand deliver you to the gym if you are lost. (He did for me.) See maps for better directions...
