Ok, so there is another entry for this called Jobiam that is listed under Yongin. I think that the name of this place is Jobisan. This is a good place to get strong. Routes range from 5.8 to 5.14. See the picture.

The cave has fixed, chained quickdraws. Before you get to the climbing area, you'll see on the left a wooden sign and a small bouldering area. One nice thing about this place is that on a hot summer day, the cave will be cool.

Map coordinates are 37.11827, 127.36832. I think we passed Anseong and took the highways 38 and 70 and then made a left. There will be a camping place at the turn.

You'll walk up some stairs, then past a cemetery.

Safety Concerns
Everything seems pretty solid here.

Gear to Bring
10 quickdraws.

Additional Comments
There is nice shade in the cave.

Went there recently I had some comments:
At that camping place, you should see a sign for Jobisan Garden Restaurant. Park in the restaurant lot, walk up the stairs, and follow the path right past the cementary.

This crag is nice! There are stairs to the top of the mountain for a nice view.

The entire area has some sort of mesh tarp set up for shade, and tons of logs/rocks placed to make benches. Every route has been updated with new gear and I didn't notice any choss. The face climbs are mostly 10-12, but the cave has tons of 13-15 if you are that good. Pretty awesome little mountain that I definitely recommend

Jobisan is the mountain ("san" 산 meaning mountain). Jobiam refers to the crag ("am" 암 meaning rock). I went with the name the original crag developers gave it. That happens in Korea!

From Pyeongtaek, take Hwy 38 past Anseong. Turn left at Samjuk 3-way intersection onto Samjuk-ro (Hwy 70?). From there drive through the small town of Samjuk, making the second left on to Hwy 325. When headed north on Hwy 325, Jobisan is in clear view from the road. The hard part is the left turn to get to the parking lot. It looks like you are driving on to someone's farm but it's a narrow road. Around the bend is the restaurant and parking area.

This is a really nice place to climb. The bolts have been updated where it was needed and well placed. Routes are clearly marked at the base. Everyone has been very friendly. The trail to the crag is well trodden (right around the cemetary, left at the first T-intersection, right at the next sign).

We climbed here in March on some sunny cold days (50F) and were very comfortable. The wall is like sundial facing south, plenty warm. I imagine it's hot in the summer.
