Here's how it works:

Update your profile picture here.
Upload a photo of yourself that has been taken this month.
After you update your picture, post a link to your profile in this thread so we know you are in the contest and your picture has been updated.
At the end of November, we'll vote on our favorite profile pic.

yes, it has to be a picture of you, but just for this month. jademonkey's profile pic was one of the pics that inspired the contest.

Can I join? This pic isn't really recent...it's a year or two old, and not very easy to see, but it's the best I can do cuz' I don't have a camera and must rely on all the wacky pics that my friends take and send to me... I don't really drink beer, so I will re-gift you on that one (take this as a bribe if you like

). I'm just in it for the glory...ㅋㅋ

I updated my photo again. It's a fitting self portrait. It really says a lot about who I am and what I like. I hope it's not too artsy fartsy for you guys.
