Hey ya'll, my name is Dave. I lived in Korea from '05-'08, surfing through lines at Insubong, Moraksang, Insubong, et al. I wrote that shitty and ancient little write up to Insubong on this site, years ago, totally addicted to FAs in Korea. Ya'll are crushing it out there, too, I hear! It's so nice to hear that the RBs and Insubong are still on the hit list...I think about those days on virgin rock every week.
As a climbing writer, I blog about them occasionally, as well. Although I've never thrown up my site on KOTR, I've written so many times about my years in Korea, I thought ya'll might like a good laugh on account of the old schooler's time in Korea. My latest blog comes straight from the earliest days of the RBs, a couple months after development began.
If it so behooves you, enjoy. And keep up the awesome expansion of possibilities out there. When you get back home -- wherever home may be -- you'll dream of all those days you were brushing lichen off stone and etching a new route where none existed before.
