I figure my bouldering emails are so gratuitous after only five months in this country, I'd just try to exacerbate my hokiness a bit more.

Sooooo...anyway....

ANYONE WANNA BOULDER?!?

Saturday, February 25, there will be at least three climbers w/ pads in tow up at Insubong, around the middle/upper temple areas. We should be arriving at around noon, and we'll probably stay until just before it gets dark (usually means we're back on the bus at around 6:15 or so).

The temps this last weekend were a touch below freezing, and we all managed to have a brilliant time! So, uncooperative weather aside, we'll be there and bouldering all day. Anyone who hasn't been to Insubong yet should really head on out, it's super-convenient and an excellent time (check out the pics of the area for a little extra motivation).

heck ya! There ain't nothing better to do on a saturday then eat kimpap at the insubong boulders. a 5 dollar day.. and i'll supply one peice of kimbab for everyone who joins..haha... everyone knows the kimbab at the 'bong can't be topped. for a guy who likes to eat, that's almost enough to make the trip. i think we'll be climbing too, eh.

Jamie, that's just a ridiculous, flabbergasting reply to the thread....

Shame be upon you, small rock lover, forsaking your hung-over bouldering ethics with such moral interpitude...

You will receive the most intense, deeply disturbing, god awful, screaming and tearing pump up call you could ever possibly imagine. I'm going to spend all morning pumping Paul up for the job, tearing him down and building him back up, feeding him raw steaks and double distilled Soju, beating him with Kimbo swords and throwing chicken feces at his head...all in training and preparation for the wake up/pump up call you will receive at 10:15am, Saturday morning.

You have been warned
