Korea climbing group (Facebook)

Hi yall,

In addition to the KOR forums, please consider posting climbing-buddy related posts (and other posts about climbing in Korea) in the Korea Climbing Hub Facebook group. The group is relatively responsive and you're more likely to find a climbing partner posting at both.

This is not to push people away from KOR, but it does seem to be working so give it a go

I see this is a Facebook Closed Group:

Anyone can find the group and see who runs it. Only members can see who's in it and what they post.

Why must you be a member of the group in order to see what's in it? Is there a reason it's a closed group?

I don't mind promoting other sites where folks share and connect but I'm not really a fan of promoting silos of information where you must register with Facebook and join a group in order to read what others have freely shared.

Why not freely share the information with anyone who wants to view it? People freely shared the information in the first place.

Hey man, I completely agree.
I'll reach out to the group's admin to see if they can make it open. Shared climbing info shouldn't be hidden like that. I figured it was a good idea to share it here, I hope it didn't come off the wrong way.
