Climbers at Osan AB

Hey All, I will be in Osan for a weeks and was wondering what the climbing scene was like. Most of my climbing experience is from the cascades and I just started sport and trad. I would love to get out and check it out...

I could probably do a Sunday Osan but I am not sure if there any slabs or walls there.

Yes, most of our climbing will be within an hour of seuol. I will let you when we are able to get out and climb. We have family visiting for the next three weeks.

There might be an artifical wall somewhere between Bucheon and Osan AB. Daehwa has a nice one if any of you have time.

I'll be in Osan for 12 months (maybe 24?) around August. I learned how to rock climb while stationed at Kunsan back in 2004-2006. I can't wait to hit up some of the old crags that got me hooked on climbing: Halmae Bawi, Maisan, Soksal Bawi, Ulsan Bawi, Ganhyeon, Insu Bong. I'll get on KOTR more regularly once I get to Osan and my household goods/climbing gear arrive.
