ELECTION DAY May 31

Wednesday May 31 is Korea's Election Day. We are off and I am under the impression it is a national "holiday". Anyone up for Halmae, Maisan or anywhere in the Jeolla Provinces?

I'll hit Seoul about 9. I can go just about anywhere, but I bruised my arm Sat (slipped in Cheongju!) and it's an ugly thing. . . tried at the gym and did OK, but some moves not as OK and a little painful. The bruise is moving on my arm, but swelling is down. Still plan to hit Seoul, as I meet a friend in the PM and I've been lame about going to Seoul!

If need be, can bring rope and draws, but prefer not to. . . let me know!

Gwanaksan and Uiwang are S.Gyeonggi urban crags (easily accessed by public transport), but fairly small (good for an afternoon). . . we could also do a wall-crawl. . . there are many walls on this site and others "to be discovered" with addresses/maps posted on Korean sites. Best to pick an area
and limit the scope. . . then there are places like Suraksan, Insubong, Dobongsan. . . which may or may not be congested. . .
