Three day challenge hike?
After nearly 3 years off serious training (sickness in family, marriage) I'm pulling my finger out and doing a 90 day fitness challenge. 90 continuous days of grim workouts and no booze.
I want to put more emphasis on "adventure training" than gym time which I find a little sterile. I've already got some nice stuff like a kayak and scuba gear along with a wagon to get where it's pretty.
Cut to the chase. I want to end my 90 days with a 3 day, very arduous trek through mountains. I'm including bergen/hill training in the challenge so I'll be ready.
Can anyone recommend a mountain route, ideally a ridge walk that might fit the bill? A circular route that would take me back to my car would be the jewel in the crown!
