Ice Climbing this winter?

Hello all. I haven't been on this forum long but interested to get to know the crowd. I'm looking at trying to get my start in ice climbing this winter, and curious if any of yall are willing to take on a newbie for a trip or can suggest an organization or company to work through.

I will try to jump in on one of Sanirang Alpine Network's Vertical Ice Quest excursions if they do them this year (they haven't posted dates) but it never hurts to have other options. I figure yall know the scene better than I.

I'm mostly a gym climber of limited skill (5.8s reliably), own shoes/harness/helmet/quickdraws and one rope. A fair amount of outdoor toproping time, very limited trad climbing time. I have lots of winter clothes but no true crampons or ice axes.
