I'm just hoping to get some people together for some climbing. It doesn't matter where. Somewhere with some south-facing walls would be nice though. Any suggestions??

hmm, you wanna come up to Ganhyeon? Either that or perhaps an easy ridge at Bukhansan? I tired of riding buses . . .

I was hoping for somewhere a little warmer at night, but it doesn't look like there will be anyone else joining. Joe, were you wanting to climb saturday and sunday? Would you be willing to compromise and meet somewhere around Daejeon, halfway point between Daegu and Seoul. Last weekend ate away alot of my money, but I still want to climb all weekend.

new battery in, engine good. . . i'd be down for some climbing heading south this weekend. . . how's the forecast for daegu? i propose there or maisan. . . as the weather forecast is a tad warmer. . . (and daegu is a little warmer than i was hoping for). . . i'd probably leave tomorrow earlier so i could beat the traffic (i could make an exception if joe wanted to come down with me since i'm currently in seoul)

Daegu is suppose to be in the mid 50's on sat. and sun / low to mid 30's at night. Clear on sat., but cloudy on sunday. Not sure about Maisan. I would be up for either one.

For living in daegu for 6 months I really haven't climbed much here, only at yeongyeoung and uksugol. I would love to have another go at the opera house. Is there camping there??

Cool, I'd be more down for Maisan. . . there is a campground in Maisan, and you could bivvy (or probably throw a tent at Opera House. . . I don't think I cold do more than belay there, but I'd love to double check grades, routes, etc. . . I'll head due S then. . . try to get myself organized a bit! I figure I'll hang out in the south first, then head north criss-crossing the east. I'll definitely keep posted on where I am, and I am flexible if something comes up! I'll call when I get where I am for the night! But if you plan on getting to Jinan in the AM, I can get you at the bus station. I have a tent (not much of a sleeping bag if it gets cold-- but lots of clothes I can layer!)
