현미찹쌀 in Korea?

Right now I'm contemplating ordering 현미찹쌀... from North America. That's brown glutinous rice, if you're unaware. The stuff is priced like gold in Korea. I'm rather confused and actually a tiny bit pissed off about the matter, since 찹쌀 is not exactly some exotic grain in Korea...

Before I do order from North America I'm curious if anyone knows of a cheaper Korean alternative to Home Plus/ Lotte Mart/ etc. At those shops the price for a 3kg bag is about double what I was used to paying back in the States.

Any help is much appreciated

New information: CostCo, 15,900 for 8kg.

Or possibly the Seoul Grain Market across the road from the CostCo in Yangjae-dong. Didn't have time to visit it.
