Webbing deal!

I found a shop on Saturday in Namdamoon (spelling) market (Hoehyon station on line 4) that was selling tubular webbing for W1000 per meter. I picked up 15 meters of it. the very next shop was selling the same webbing for W2900 don't know why it was so cheap. i inspected it before buying it and there is nothing wrong. the shop also seemed to be going out of business though.

Gee, it sure would be nice to live somewhere where I could take advantage of deals. I love the countryside but damn if it isn't inconvenient sometimes.
