Climbing in jeonju!

Hey, so a friend and I are taking a weekend trip to Jeonju and we were wondering if anyone else will be climbing in the area? I'm interested in checking out Daedunsan Park (Seunim Bawi or Wimungongueon Bawi) but I've never been to Jeonju, so I'm also waaaay open to whatever. I'm comfortable leading up to a 5.10 C and we both have all out own sport gear. Let me know! (We'll be there Sunday the 14th)

How long are you planning to stay? I live in Jeonju, but work M-Th. I'll probably be gone for the weekend. There's a growing Jeonju crew now, though.

I'll only be there for the weekend... do you know if anyone from your crew will be climbing on Sunday? Thanks!

Duh! Alison . . . from Pusan. Matt (with the short hair. . . er, um, one of the Matts) lives here and Tash is just South in Namwon. I'll FB them and see what they're up to!

Contemplating Daedunsan Sun . . . what are your plans so far? Sat? what brings you to Jeonju (besides the world-famous bibimbap)?

Sat. could definitely work! I'll be arriving around 10:15 ish and would love to climb. My hope is to visit Maisan on Sunday to see the Horses Ears and the temple. I OF COURSE also have to try the bibimbop seeing as its my all time favorite Korean dish! What's your number?

Tried to call (SMSed). . . I think the local girls are psyched to come out. Are you coming alone? Bruno holds 5+gear and we are 3 so far. What are your plans for Sat night?

It's also possible that others nearby might want to join. I was thinking of hitting Chungnam somewhere Sun. . .

Hey Sonya! I didn't have my phone on me last night so I'll call you later today. I'm coming alone and was only planning on bringing my harness and shoes. I would love to tag along on Saturday but on Sunday I'm going to Maisan. No plans Saturday night. The only things on my itinerary for Saturday are to climb and visit the Hanuk village.

Oh, and real quick, my plan is to stay at the Jeonju Guesthouse. Is this a good choice?
