The Gangbuk-gu district of Seoul is holding their second Samgaksan Mountain Festival this coming August 30/31. In case you're not sure, Gangbuk-gu is the main district where many of us enter Bukhansan National Park near Insubong, and the same district that houses O2. It's also where we held our UN International Mountain Day seminar last December.
I and some other representitives of the KML - which has now officially changed to the KMPL - will be there.
