Trying to remember something really quik. If you are traveling From Seoul via bus you tell the bus driver to let you off in MunMak to get to Ganhyeung right?

Yep that's it Mike. Get off at Munmak (문막) and taxi iyt from there to Ganhyeon (간현).
Just to clarify Mike and Rick are arriving SEPT 30th to Oct 9th, they are the salt of the Earth, sweet swinging, awesome dudes whom all in KOTR actually owe a great deal to for their massive past contributions to the site and community. I will definitely be playing with you cats! I'd love to hit Gorak and Ganhyeon with yous, but only have Fri-Sundays free so it may just be wherever the weekends have you...Insubong also grand.

Jake mate, you pay us more respect than we deserve. I can't wait to get over there to hang out with you and KA again.

I dunno....anything for a laugh I reckon. I was just thinking too that with the M&G again, Auntie Will, Gabe, Charlie, Jon and all the KMPL-symapthizer types might just feel like a repeat performance of the waxing of chests etc to raise money for the Snow Leopard Trust. This time I think I've found proper wax strips that would de-fluff us hairsuit climbers...
The new KOTR Tees might even make a show (for sale) ! Talk with Matt about that later today.
Back to dates though;
PLEASE VOTE AS SOON AS YOU CAN....even if it's just to say all weekends are OK.
I know a lot of people are awaiting their schools etc to confirm schedules and so on - I'm in exactly that boat - but PLEASE VOTE ASAP.
There's no voting on venue - it's Ganhyeon Crag near Wonju City in Kangwon-do.
As usual we'll do a communal Saturday night dinner feast (usually this is a Tex-Mex, but Thai has proven popular too) and Sunday breakie (pancakes, coffee etc). So this means that later we will set up a "foods and cooking stuffs to be brought" list. You simply sign your name publicly to the things you can bring.
OK well have a great weekend on the rock wherever you are this weekend, and see you soon. Remember, VOTE!

dong il; i'd love a chance to climb with you again!!
mike; nice signature...you walking advertisement....
jake & charles; there's no way i'm going to wax my chest and not get paid for it!
amanda; you lurker you...i really hope to climb (and hang) with you!!
zmm972; hell yeah! the memory will live on in infamy!
les; don't make me kick down your door.
everyone; sorry i can't offer rides in the galloper anymore. that sweet ol' beast is in the graveyard now (RIP Betty). i also cannot bring mass quantities of base goodies this time, but i can contribute cash to the feast.

i really hope this happens the 2-4 weekend but i understand the group decision and the pains of travelling that particular weekend. regardless if that weekend is the M&G or not, i hope to meet and climb with as many of you old and new KOTR'ers as possible. (the "old KOTR'ers" is mainly a reference to that curmudgeon known as shanja. )
