KOTR is looking for a new owner. Are you a developer, a climber and have plans to stay in Korea for a while? If so, email me at [email protected]

Meet & Greet - Ganhyeon - September 23-24
So it was voted on and this is the time and place for the 3rd KOTR Meet & Greet.
We can use this thread to discuss the logistics of the trip.
More info on Ganhyeon

I'm planning on bringing all the fixin's for burritos as long as we can get some beans from base.
I've got 2 ropes, an extra harness and some old shoes that might fit some small feet.
My tent will probably be full.
We are planning on being up there Friday night so if you need a ride between Daejeon and Ganhyeon and you can leave Friday around 6-7pm, we've got a spare seat.

Ditto the car banana for us. We will be leaving Daejeon about 6-7pm and could squeeze in another climber or two maybe even! I'll have extra shoes (255-60), rope and so on. E-man do you wanna do a beer run to Costco?

i'll be coming from ulsan maybe with a few others. i'll have to check out the bus routes, not sure what the fastest way would be and i'm sure not driving that far on my bike! probably get in sometime saturday, depending on the buses. i don't need any stuff, but if anyone else is coming from the south end and wants to meet up somewhere? or not. anyway, i'll post when i find out the buses. i'll stop by tomorrow on the way home from the rock.

Sweet!!
Like Rick I will take requests for stuff on base.
I'll have my rope an extra harness two extra pairs of shoes one size 8 that are almost brand new and one size ten.
Any sugestions on what I should bring for food.
I brought Chips and dip last time that seemed pretty good.
I can't wait. My wife might actually be here by then.
Probably will have room for one in my car coming from CP Humphreys.
Later
Mike

Can't wait. SUPER excited. I only have a harness and shoes, will that be okay?
I don't know what to bring - maybe some vegetarian potatoe salad? or pasta salad? Would that be okay?
And, will anyone be getting a minbak? I wouldn't mind going in on the cost with someone.
Also, is anyone driving up from the Suwon area?

Rick, when were you heading up. . . I am off Fri from 10:30 (AM). . .
Rick or Mike (maybe Mike with the cooler)-- can you bring some milk (reg and Fat Free) as I plan to being the espresso maker (and coffee) for AM lattes.
I can bring rope and draws-- not much "extra" but an ATC. . .
Whoo hoo, glad to hear they'll be some "new" folks. . . !! And wonderfully good "old" KOTRers too. . .
Let me know if you need anything else that I might have.

Also, Mike or Rick. . . can I get some Marg fixings. . .?
Dee, Alex, Greg, Daniel. . . everyone that voted for Kanhyun. . . can we assume y'all are coming? Jamie? Pedro?
It might help those who are planning on food to get a rough idea of how many. . . not that you shouldn't come if you don't RSVP. . . by all means, do, but it can be helpful in staking out a place, etc. . .
