OK we will be there this Saturday. Come and join us. Joe Park is looking for a partner from Seoul area to help nav him/ share ride with him to Ganhyeon too.

I guess we will aim to get trhere about 10-11am...depends how early we wake up. Is that sweet with you cats? well that's all I can estimate for now. KA has picked up a nasty cold. I'll bring an extra rope and harness too.

I'll be travelling solo from seoul, colby has work tommorow. I can definatley share a ride if someone has an empty seat for me, otherwise I'll get on the 7:00 train to Ghanyeon.

The past couple weeks it's been too foggy, damp and cold to get on the rock until about 11. We spent the night on Sunday and didn't start climbing until after 11 on Monday. So I wouldn't rush to get on the rock too early! But who knows, maybe it will be sunny!

anyone have any good directions on how to get there? mil mil said to just get a bus to Wonju and then take a taxi to Ganhyung resort. but I dont know what bus's run to Wonju. is there a subway that runs out there?

We're taking the train from cheongnyangni station (line 1, k125) at 7:00, the train goes just about directly to the entrance of the resort, if you get there before 7 tomorrow we can travel together. Its like a 20 minute walk from the train station to the crag. If you're confused give me a call at 01039821931.

I'd like to go, but can't go Saturday. You guys sound like you'll be there for Sunday as well. Will you be there? If the weather is good, I could trek out there by train Sunday (pending if there are trains on sunday).

I'm guessing you'll be staying at a min-bak, could be able to meet you guys there sometime. Is there only one crag area? If I just tried to navigate there would that be easy enough to find ppl?

Being late Friday night as it is, not sure if anyone will have already left for Ganhyeon. Either way, I will catch the 7am train to Wonju Sunday morning. From the info on the crag, it looks like I should be able to make my way to where the ppl should be. Hopefully I'll bump into some people. If not, it'll be a nice day out of the city, weather permitting.

Not that it really matters, but after all, things have come up. Still hoping to make it. If I do go, I'll just try to find ppl. If I don't make it, sorry. I hate saying one thing and doing another. doh
