I've also heard it's fully reopened now. A climbing club from Seoul even replaced many of the anchors and bolts last summer.

Yup! And it's even listed in full with awesome colour photos and topos in the new Seonunsan Climbing Guide book by Lee Yun-jae (이윤재) published by San-ak Mun-hwa (산악문화). Great crag and something for everyone there.
