New to Seoul and Looking for Climbing Partners.

Hey,

I just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm not actually new to Seoul per se, but I'm new to climbing in Korea. I just started climbing this spring while I was traveling in China and Vietnam. Once I started I pretty much climbed every day until I came back here to Seoul. My new passion for sure!

I've really only done sport climbing so far. Never been bouldering but looking forward to giving it a go. My limit at the moment is about 10b. Looking to move up some grades by the fall.

I don't have much gear at the moment. All I've got are shoes and a harness.
Waiting for that first pay check to roll in before I can invest in anything else.

I'm up for any weekend climbing or evening climbing around Seoul (or anywhere really). I don't actually start my job for a couple weeks so I could even do any weekday climbing at the moment as well.

So if anyone around Seoul is looking for a partner drop me a line. I'm anxious to get started here in Korea.

Were you in Yangshuo with some people from Newfoundland in like april or some time like that?

Yeah!

I'm from Newfoundland and was there visiting my buddy Liam (also from Newfoundland). I was there for a little over a month in the Spring. Did we meet there? You in Seoul? If you wanna climb anytime drop me a line. Haven't been out since I've been back to Korea and I'm dying to climb!

I'll be at K2 on Friday evening if you wanna do some gym climbing. I'll have the weekend off too (I think), so I'll be at the gym then as well. I've got a couple of free weekdays next week and, if it's not raining, I might head outdoors to test my tolerance of the summer heat again...

hey man, good to see you here. watch the forums for mentions of ganhyeon, its a great place to start out here in Korea. next I go (which should be soon) I'll let you know.
