May 28-30 Waegwan and Daegu

Hoping to start at Yuhaksan near Waegwan and maybe head into Daegu that weekend. . . anyone up for some climbing and camping? Maybe some Daegustas able to host?!

Smile Waegwan Thurs

That sounds like a good plan Sonia, I'd love to check out Yuhaksan with you on Friday. I'll aim to get to Waegwan for 2200/2300 on Thurs.

Shall I bring draws? I have ten draws, a few carabiners and slings, harness, helmet and shoes. But no rope! My trad gear is back in the UK (I plan to see what I need and get some gear here at some point).

best
Sam

I'm down for climbing this weekend, either Sat or Sun, but probably not both. Yeon-gyeong maybe? I haven't been there for ages.

I already have a couple guests booked at my place for the weekend, so I can't help you out on that part, sorry!

Undecided

Hey folks,

We're still awaiting the word on weekend plans...location is up in the air as of now, based on weather. If weather stays bad in Sokcho, then maybe we'll be around...will update soon.

Sam, yeah, bring what you have and I'll bring the rest. See you in Waegwan tomorrow. I sent you an sms.

Ethan Yeongyeong sounds great. . . how does the weather look? If it's iffy we could say Sat and change it if it rained Sat but not Sun? Likewise Bryan . . . Dee told me a bit about the expedition plans. . . I can only imagine the prep, throw in being a dad and teacher!! But it would be good to see you and maybe meet Shauna!

I'm in Seoul this weekend but am open to people crashing at my place. It's a bit out of the way, but whomever would be welcome and there's more than enough space for people.
