I want to buy a used bike. An old roadie is preferable. Anyone know where I can find such a thing. My local shops(Bucheon) don't carry anything used.

Thanks.

what size road bike do you need?

Anything in the 50cm neighborhood would be cool. I just want a commuter, so fit isn't a major concern.

I miss my Devinci...

mine might fit you but it might be a little overboard for a commuter.

What is it? How much? I am looking for something on the cheap (but you should see my "commuter" back home...ha.)

It's a Lemond Big Sky SL

It's got an aggressive frame design, carbon fork, mostly shimano 105, clipless pedals, sti shifting, etc...

I switched out the silly stem for a much better one and also swapped out the seatpost for something a little lighter.

It has less than a dozen rides on it because my back really hurts when I ride these days. It's not because of the bike though as my back hurts on all bikes.

I picked it up for $1,200 from my buddy who owns a shop and he gave me a really good deal on it.

It's probably not what you want to pay but I'll sell it for 1,000,000 dollars moohaahaa ... I mean 1 million Won.

If you're interested, cool. If not, cool, too.

Dude, that thing is beautiful. The problem is that I've already got $4,000+ tied up in bikes at home...so I'm not really looking to make a big purchase here. I'd love to take it for a ride sometime though....ha.

no worries. if you're ever in daejeon, you're more than welcome to take it for a spin.

I have a road bike I don't ride much these days. It's a Lespo Rally. Nothing very fancy about it; it's light and decent. It needs a new front inner-tube.

I'd be happy to sell it to you -- I was asking $150 (it retailed for $800 three years ago; I bought it secondhand) but I'll take the best offer. Only problem is that I live in Yeosu; if you want me to ship it, you'll have to catch the Taekbae cost.

Oh yeah, I forgot -- drop me an e-mail if you're interested.

If u are after a suitable road bike, can buy a new one for 150,000 at almost any bike shop (Lespo something or other that comes in 650c and 700c wheek sizes). They have down tube shifters as opposed to index shifters, but they are reliable and will not falter. I do not know what frame size u r, but if you are looking for anything more than a 52cm you may be out of luck, although if u are only after a commuter bike, extending the seatpost lenght will solve this problem for u. Hope this helps.

Jason

It would not be much! I can speak to my local bike shop guy and find out. Where do you live? You could look at www.kevinbike.com, but they focus on higher end stuff. There may however be some of these cheaper numbers on the webpage. I would just go into the first bileshop u see (they are all around, u just need to keep your eyes open). I imagine the entire affair will be 150,000. Any how, I will ask my bike shop guy for u.
