I found what seems to be a good web page for climbing in korea, if anyone can read Korean (and understand it), then here is the link, http://www.powerclimbing.org If you are able to translate it let me know, because I don't understand a thing. Hope this helps.

Looks like a lot of info, though my korean is too poor to translate much of it. I did find this page on the site which has a list of about 10-12 climbing areas mostly in and around Seoul. http://www.powerclimbing.org/amgong/seoul3.htm

Also, i found that this site Mountain Korea (http://www.mountainkorea.com/mountain_contents.html?menuid=300&submenuid=302) has a great list of areas, topos, pics, etc. again, its all in korean but maybe you can find someone to help make sense of it all.
