I've integrated some of the climbing areas with Google Maps and the satellite imagery. It's not perfect, but it's pretty cool. But we still need your help plotting and posting more coordinates.

To give you a taste, check out these climbing areas:
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=4 Zoom in about 5 clicks on me!
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=20 Zoom in about 5 clicks on me!
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=9

Those are the decent ones. Here are some that aren't so great:
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=99
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=1

But, Google continues to take satellite imagery of all of korea and the quality continues to improve all the time. So, in the future, most of satellite imagery of Korea should be pretty good which will make finding crags and gyms much easier!

Just look to the south of Halmae Bawi (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=1) and see the difference in resolution.

Or look to the north of the Daejeon Climbing Gym (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=99) and see the awesome resolution of the city.

You can help get more sites "mapped". Here's how:

If you are the area submitter, try to find that area on google maps and follow these instructions (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/google-map-coordinates-info.html).
If you didn't submit the area, but you know where the climb is, follow these instructions (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/google-map-coordinates-info.html) and post the coordinates in this thread.
If you have GPS coordinates and you didn't submit the area, just post the coordinates in this thread. This will help people map the climbing area.

If you have questions, you can post them here as well.

This page might also answer some of you questions:
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/google-map-coordinates-info.html

Eventually, we'll be able to create a map of Korea that will have all the climbing areas plotted on it and it will be awesome for anyone looking for a place to climb.

Fantastic idea...this is so cool. But for some reason I can't access any of those links, I get an error message. Is this just me or anyone else?

I get them with Safari. . . sometimes it tells me I have to zoom out, but then it still gives me the image. . . man. . .might have to get wireless (but it probably wouldn't work near the climbing areas. . .) it's cool all the same! Fun to see arial views!!

...sometimes it tells me I have to zoom out, but then it still gives me the image...
this means you zoomed so far into the image that you would see big squares (pixels) of colors and would not be able to discern any ground features.

...man. . .might have to get wireless (but it probably wouldn't work near the climbing areas. . .)
definitely not. Korea is all about cable and I haven't found too many wireless signals. Even when you do find them, you may not be able to access them.
(FYI, I have a wireless router at home with a signal booster and I can't recieve the signal in my hallway; I think it's the cement construction.)
