tent, sleeping bag, inflatable river raft

i bought these thinking i'd use them but the weather got cold and now ive moved to the city. too lazy for outdoor sports in this cold winter!

2 person green tent, navy blue sleeping bag included- $40.
Inflatable 6 person raft including cover, paddles, and foot pump - $150.

what type of raft is it? regular plastic, or rubberized canvas?

how would i kNOw? what does rubberized canvas look/feel like?
