This video scared me and I'm not even American.

The 2hour documentary by Aaron Russo is called America: Freedom to Fascism (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4312730277175242198&q=freedom+to+fascism). Free on Google Video.

The website is: www.freedomtofascism.com (http://www.freedomtofascism.com)

Here are a few quotes from the website, topics which are dealt with in the movie:

* Are you aware by May of 2008 the law will require you to carry a national identification card?

* Are you aware that there are plans being developed to have all Americans embedded with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) computer chip under their skin so they can be tracked wherever they go?

* Are you aware the Supreme Court has ruled that the government has no authority to impose a direct unapportioned tax on the labor of the American people, and the 16th Amendment does not give the government that power?

* Are you aware that computer voting machines can be rigged and there is no way to ensure that vote is counted?

Enjoy the video!

thanks alot Karen, as if I am not paranoid enough, especially with all the numbers and passwords assigned to me, the openness and permanancy of the internet, PMs, records of phone calls, transactions, etc. . . anyone can find out so much about us, and the USA has not exactly been actng responsibly with the info they get! great, now they probably know via google.com that I watched this documentary. . . I guess what I mean to say is, thanks for the link:) some good warnings:eek8: :eek8:

skinsk,

I was pretty sure you'd appreciate that one! ;)

Here's a list of more videos a friend passed on to me today along the same lines:

I'll be spending the evening getting more freaked out. Watch them if you dare!

Just for the record, my brother the banker watched the Fascism movie and explained to me that the director didn't really understand what the Federal Reserve Bank does, or the concept of money. So that part isn't so scary to me anymore. But the microchipping and tasering, that I'm still not comfortable with.
