Just for all the kotr, I got back from Ricks and weighted everything I brought home. 98 kilos, 215 lbs. I would just like to say thanks to Rick (Jake, wife and Deb) I made it home but my traps are killing, just from carrying it through the bus stationl. Heather is estatic!!:D :becky:

What an awesome weekend! HUGE thanks to the Rick, who showed us blow-ins around Gunsan, his local gym, the airbase and PX stores (how happy is KA??!!Heather has a soul mate here!). Not to mention feeding us with smoked salmon and crackers whilst we checked out his truly sweet digs (accommodation to the non-Aussies). He is a true gentleman amongst men, a diamond amongst pebbles, a beer amongst tap water! I nominate him for KOTR for life. Oh, wasn't the snow just lovely? Pics of the trip in fun photos.

so glad you all came to my humble town and renewed my inspiration to climb!! I mean, damn! all my callous' are falling off for cryin out loud! that's just sad. hopefully next Kunsan gathering I won't have any going away parties the night before and I'll be a little more sparky!
yes...as craig alluded to...there will be another kunsan gathering soon...one that will go down in history!!! (sorry, just trying to build the tension...post coming soon)

Yes Rick, somehow I carried everything at one time but only for 50 yards or so. Once I saw the taxi I put half of it down and had to go back for it without being able to explain to the taxi man, who I thought saw me:doh: And I am still sore today dispite Heather's great back rubs. :D
