The owner's name is Ho, Gyeong-pil. His shop is completely dedicated to climbing and mountaineering. He has a ton of books, magazines(current and old) and videos both in Korean and in English.

You can also have him mail order you whatever it is you find of interest on his webpage if you live too far away or cannot make the trip.

If you have difficulty finding his shop, feel free to give him a call. I'm sure he'll be glad to come out to meet you nearby.

not sure what line it's on since i dont have a map and never go to seoul

anyway, it appears to be on the 5th floor of the Dong So Mun Post Office (Wu Chae Guk)

uh huh, i saw the map ofcourse, but I can't figure out what station it is or what colour line even.

my bad. i didn't know you had seen the map.

i took a look on my map and it seems to be at the end of line 4 on the way to danggogae, between HyeHwa and Miasamgeori. POssibly the Hanseong University exit...???

Take Line 4 to Han Sung University (419) exit number 7. Walk straight, turn left down the first small alley/street. Walk straight, it's on the 5th floor, room 502 above the post office. If you get lost ask where the post office is or call Ho Kyung Pil

You can order off the website, or phone in your order, Ho Kyung Pil is the President/Director of the Corean Alpine Club, he is a really nice guy who speaks okay English.
