Both Eric and I have always known there was much more climbing to be had in Seoneunsan; and, well, boredom inspired me to do just a bit more web-surfing on Seoneunsan. Areas 1-3 comprise Yongmun Gol(Dragon's Cave Entrance), Areas 6-16, according to my poor rotue map comprises Dosol Am. 17-23 comprise the familiar areas such as Munbawi, Soksalbawi, and Tugubawi. Area 12 by description looks the most promising for those of us with less than superhuman climbing ability-- routes grades range from 5.9 to 5.12. The best way to get out there is hang a right at the little store(jayeonuijib) and just keep on going. I don't think it is possible to miss these areas. I look forward to someone getting down there and posting some information on this area.
I took a right at the little restaurant one day and followed the road about 1km. Then hidden amongst the trees on the right hand side there was a huge face. There was definitely some overhangs but it was hard to get an idea of what the rock was all about.
There were also some exposed rocks on the right side of the road but they looked smaller. I think a lot of the areas might be hidden in the trees...
definitely work exploring!

I searched for the Seoneunsan in the listed area but could not find it. Can you tell me where it is?
Try this link for Seonunsan (http://www.mountainkorea.com/contents_view.html?menuid=300&submenuid=302&contentsid=300). There are some great topo maps here but everything is in Korean. But you don't need to know Korean to know that there is just a ton of climbing in this provincial park!
