Fallen Climbers?

My director told me that a few climbers were killed this weekend. He said that a large rock/boulder fell and killed at least one climber. He didn't know where or any other details except that it had something to do with the previous day's rain.

Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to know more details.

I hope everyone is alright, never a good thing. I haven't heard anything from the locals and they usually mention when someone gets retired around here.

Its true, it happen at Geumgung Mountain here in Pusan on Saturday. But it was only one person.

Do you have any details? What happened? Was it rock fall or a mistake or a fluky situation? Was it at Daeryuk Bong?

From the details I could piece together, it was a University Student climbing on Saturday. Apparently from what I have gathered it was a climbers error that caused the fall and nothing to do with equipment or the rockface. As far as I know it was not Daeryuk Bong, but my info is poorly translated...
