repeat: Does anyone know where i can get some Metolius Rock Rings?

I'm thinking this will be my only option for something remotely resembling climbing during the week. I'm looking for somewhere in Seoul, preferably near a subway stop. I was planning on going this weekend so any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

Also, it'd be great if the place sold climbing chalk as well!

But defintitely check out where you want to hang them. . . you may have to beef-up your door jamb. . .as construction here is different. I guess you could get a doorway pull up bar and hang them there, but that ight be low. . .

If you can get to Seoul, you might search out rings or hangboards in Jongno-5-ga, the climbing shop mecca of the Dongdaemun market complex. If you're not set on brand names, you may really be able to swing a deal. The price is always better then the tag, so ask, and if you buy several things, you can bargain. I admit to knowing nothing about rock-shops in your neck of the woods (actually, you're more in the shin-of the woods). Ah. . . did I mention mail order?! You can make a direct bank deposit (even from an ATM) to pay if you don't have a Korean credit card (you need a Korean card for most online credit card purchases and even that can be complicated).

Yeah I was planning on taking them to the local gym and kinda "donating" them so I can use them on the pull up bar.

So if I get off at Jongno-5-ga is there a certain exit I should get out of or is it pretty easy to find from there?

Most Korean gyms have them. . . but that would be a generous donation! But Dee got this awesome pressure-held bar for her doorway-- Homeplus or some store like that-- that I'd trust to hang 'em off of.

Did you FIND a gym yet?!?!

Oh, You can't miss the climbing shops! Many brand-name signs face the stret, but there are more and more shops deeper in the maze-- pretty much that whole block.

Hell no I didn't find a gym :(.... The place where im donating them is an actual gym....with weights and other boring stuff like that.....
