I have no school from May 5th-9th :eek8: . Anybody in the same boat? I'd like to boulder/sport climb-thinking Busan! I'm up for anything depending on the response I get. :becky:
y'all know you need to git down south for cinco de mayo. children's day... call it what you like. pusan is a fair town
no dice for long weekend, but I'll definitely climb Busan on 5th and the weekend.

Luke. . . I've Friday off and can start heading out on Thurs PM. . . don't think I can swing Thurs, though. If you wanted to come up for Maisan for Children's Day. . . you'd be welcome to stay here in Jeonju Tues and Wed night. Thurs PM we could head towards Gyeongsangnam. . . maybe Chuntaesan (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=252&q=area_type%3D1%26area_province%3D7%26sort%3Dname% 26) or Munsu (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=3&q=area_type%3D1%26area_province%3D7%26sort%3Dname% 26) and/or Sinban (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=215&q=area_type%3D1%26area_province%3D7%26sort%3Dname% 26). . . I have a bit of work still left in Gyeongnam. . . Grant. . . ya ever think about getting (just a little bit) outta dodge for the weekend? I would so be psyched to get a group out for (one or two of) these. . . even Pohang (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=41&q=area_type%3D1%26area_province%3D7%26sort%3Dname% 26) maybe?

Let me know what you guys are thinking, it was great putting some faces to the names this weekend... great success!

If there are people to belay me, and people to belay, and things to go up, or traverse, or crash mats involved I'm in. I got that whole time off and I plan on doing everything I can to not be in my apartment starting the night of the 4th.

Film fest then yongseo is sounding pretty tempting actually. I'm down for a couple movies on wed or thurs, then pokpo the rest of the week.

I'm off Wed. . . so maybe Maisan? and a late film. . . I have classes Thurs from 11-12, 2-5:30 or so. The film fest ends Fri, so the weekend is open. . . but Thurs you can see films with/or without me. . . well, at 8PM I have to be at the free outdoor screening because I offered Extra credit to my Screen English students who show up!
There's a wall on campus (I haven't been there since I've been back) and a wall in town as well.

Plan changee. I'm going to go straight toward Yeongso on Thursday, since I like traveling in the rain more than climbing in the rain.
