View Full Version : BBQ in Daejeon

06-16-2008, 08:10 AM
Join volunteers for a BBQ to raise awareness for the 86 dogs still at the Daejeon Shelter.

Unfortunately, the shelter will close at the end of this month (June 30th), and we must find homes for everyone, or relocate them, which is going to be an expensive venture, otherwise, they will have an unknown fate.

You do not need to adopt or foster a dog to come to the BBQ. Just your presence and support would be great. However, adopting/fostering is definitely encouraged if you would like. So join us in this gathering “farewell” cookout (veggie and non-veggie options), to not only spend some quality time with some great doggies, but also to have a great time with some fellow doggie lovers here in Korea!

When: Saturday, June 21, 2008
Where: Daejeon Dog Shelter
Cost: 10,000 won to cover food and drink
~donations are also gladly accepted, and will be used to help relocate the dogs that are still left.
