If you're on Jeju and need to pick up some climbing gear and/or accessories, I can recommend these two shops run by established and friendly climbers.
In Seogwipo City, Yeongshil Leisure (영실레저) is N of the Jungang Rotary (right by the inner-city busses) across and slightly south of Homeplus.

In Jeju City, Mountain Island sells all the brand names, including Arteryx (and other) nice tops for women (though at a price-- not far off from the US prices), Sherpani (only place I've seen this in Korea). It's a small place in a strip mall on a main street: Ildo-2 dong 69-4 064-753-1951

Climbers hang out at both these places, though English is limited.
