Wicked! I am so down for this. Thanks heaps Dangerflower! I hope we can get lots of folks to go, because like the Trento Film Festival (climbing too) that rolled through Korea a few years back, if it isn't well supported at the box-office, it won't be returning:( Maybe folks could put up a notice of times/ venues in their local gym to get KOreans aware/ interested.
Thanks again.

Hey mate, the CGV cinema complex is actually inside the "Say 2" Department Store (yeah right next to the slightly older "Say" Department Store). It's in Mun-hwa Dong of Seo-Gu, and every taxi driver knows it just as "Say Baek-hwa-jom" there is even a subway stop right there called Seo-Daejeon Negeo-ri (West Daejeon Intersection).
There is a park on the intersection corner, then about 100m along is the Say Dept Store, then the Say 2 and CGV Building. After that is the Homever Supermarket and just around the corner (to the right) is Seo-Daejeon Train Station (West Daejeon Train Stn) and Costco.
I put that last info in, so any out-of-towners who wanted to see the films could easily find the area.
I dunno movie times yet, but I'll call and post later today. It's a Wednesday and I'm not sure when we will be going yet...probably a night show though.
Finally, yeah as a climber it really really helps to learn how to read the Korean alphabet (even if you don't know the meaning). Makes navigation so much easier. Don't stress though as it isn't that hard.

Amelie... the times that Kris posted were what was told to us by an employee on the CGV help line.

Can anyone who speaks Korea call and/or verify the times for the Seoul showings on Fri/Sat?

The times that you guys posted were correct for the show I saw today. I went to Part B at 1:10. I dont think that there are any showings on Saturday in Seoul. I think that it is only on today and tmrw.

I have the flyer from CGV, and I can post all the times for anyone who needs them... let me know

It seems the fest is way popular and getting tickets needs booking ahead of time! A few KOTR people have been disappointed to learn that there were NO tickets at the door for any times in Seoul.:eek8: So book early or else!
