1st Anasazi Rock Festival in Seoul

1st Anasazi Rock Festival. It has been going on all week and finishes with the Anasazi Bouldering comp. The comp will be held at the Coex (samsung station line 2). Qualifying is on Saturday from 10-5. Finals on Sunday from 10-2.
I found out about this when Sean and I were walking into Insu Bong for a climb on Monday. So we went back out on Tuesday to check it out. We ended up meeting Chris Sharma and Lauren Lee. I guess there are eight pros touring China, Korea and Japan. They are in Sun Eun San right now but will be back in Seoul for the comp.

So that would be this saturday and sunday?

And is that on the third floor again in that conference part of Coex, where they held Spoex2005?

The festival ended with a great comp. I hope everybody found it okay, it was outside, not on the third floor as expected. The semi finals on saturday were cancelled because of rain, but there was great weather on sunday for the mens and womens finals. The mens and womens final were both won by some amazing korean climbers.

Chris Sharma finished second in the mens event and Lauren Lee finished second in the womens event in a superfinal.
The coolest route was in the womens final which required a two toe hook no hand finish which Lauren Lee back flipped off of.
