Hello,
I've read the gyms in seoul thread but i have a follow up question for anyone who knows. One of the replies mentioned a gym in around oksudong called Song Jung Joon's climbing center. Could anyone give me some specific instructions on how to get there, or it's actual address? My wife speaks korean and we spent a long time last weekend looking for it. The only thing we found (and the locals knew about) is the big outdoor wall. If anyone could give me some more info i would really be gratefull. Any other info about gyms, or good equipment shops would also be great. My wife and i live in Dongducheon so we're trying to find the closest gym in the north.
Thanks in advance to those who reply,
-aaron

Hi Aaron,

If you get any replies on this I would be very grateful if you could drop me an e-mail with directions. I live at Hannam and have also spent the last two weekends poking around trying to find it. If I get lucky in the meanwhile, i'll let you know.

Scotty

Anybody heard of the gym called Crimp. That's where I usually go. In other words, haven't been to any other gyms since I got here.

I could give some info on it if needed.

Thanks, I was checking this site for a while but didn't actually register because i didn't have any info to share yet.

It's quit big for my dutch little standards. Friendly people there. The owner (i think he is) Kim speaks good english.(he already brought me to a Korean climbing competition at Spoex 2005 couple weeks ago)

I don't think that there are a lot of foreigners there, I haven't seen any.

The website ofcourse is here (http://www.crimp.co.kr) and if you want to see the map click the last link in the fold-out of 'about crimp' for pictures take the one in front of that.

The station is Dangsang station (line nr 2) and from there it's a 10 minute walk, pretty easy to find.
