hey, i dunno if there is a way to do this that i don't know about...
is there a way to pull up a list of people who live in one particular area?

Not really but you can do a search on this page:
http://www.koreaontherocks.com/forums/memberlist.php?do=search

Scroll down to Location and type in the city you are looking for people in.

For best results, try a few spellings of the area you are searching.
