So there i was... having a bad day at work, woke up with a migraine and generally hating life... and then i head up to suwon after work to go to the bsement bouldering gym after work :) ... and then it closses early cause no one is there ... and then i can't seem to hail a cab down :mad: so i start walking... and then i see a gear shop about 45 mins into my walk back to the subway terminal... so i says to myself "mike you have been walking for awhile why don't you take a break and look at some gear":) ... after having the most broken korean/english/signing conversastion i have ever had, the store owner says to me umbyuk, and does the international i don't speak your language sign language for rock climbing... I smile and say yes and then he points upstairs:suspiciou... so i follow him up 5 flights of stairs and onto the roof were there is 2 meter high bouldering wall :becky: ... so i boulder around for a little while with him and then head back down to the store wanting to buy something just because... I pick out a shirt and when i go to the register to check out he gives me a free selawa shirt and explains that the wall is always open and free of charge.
I'll be heading back there either tonight or tomorrow so i can get a few pictures and properly post were it is located and what it looks like.
Mind you it's not very big but after having such a crap day and it being located only about A 15 minute walk from the subway in suwon it ended up being one of the best finds for week day climbing that i can imagine.
