anyone know how to pack 25 kilos of luggage into 20kg?!

I have my carry-on, computer bag, wearing extra clothes, putting heavy things in jacket pockets, putting things from glass to plastic. . . what am I missing. . .?!

Yeah-- my bro-in-law was able to talk the airline into letting me take 5 extra kilos:) Thanks :rolleyes8 to those of you who sent me suggestions~
