climbing near suseo

hello all, I just got in country and was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere to climb near suseo...help would be greatly appreciated!!

Suseo-- would that be Suseo-dong in Seoul? Are you looking for a gym or wall?

hmm, I dont know if its suseo-dong, but it is in seoul, on the outskirts. Where I am is where the yellow and orange subway lines meet. My gear just arrived for sport climbing, but I also enjoy gyms/bouldering.

Hey man,

I used to live in Gaepo-dong (just a couple of stops from Suseo). There isn't much in the way of outdoor climbing in your immediate area, but there are some gyms in the vicinity. When I lived in Gaepo, I worked in the afternoon and evenings, so the closest gyms weren't an option (they only open when I was at work). I ended up going to a gym in Seongnam (http://www.koreaontherocks.com/climbing/areas.php?area_id=145&q=area_province%3D1%26)
which, all things considered, is about 45 minutes on the subway, but is always open. There is also an outdoor wall very close to the gym.

If you have a 9-5, there are some closer gyms like the Top (Jamsil) and others.

I went to Sinju today to check it out, apparently the gym has moved to Moran, near exit 6 of the subway. How do you get access to the outdoor wall? It was locked up when I went there.
