Some thoughts on the description:
The size of the gym is average for a bouldering room in Gyeonggi-do / Seoul. Wals 4 - 5 meters high? Huh? More like 2.5 - 3. 오세웅 is certainly not a bad guy, but I wouldn't describe him as really nice. About the idea of making friends with him and using his facility on weekends, I can't imagine that unless you can speak decent Korean & he really likes you. Even still, that's really hard for me to imagine unless you've climbed there and known him for years. He speaks very little English. About the holds, they're cleaner than holds at many gyms, and they were selected for the purpose of training. The walls may be short, but account for the holds and angles, and this is a great little gym for intermediate to advanced climbers. But if you're not, that's OK too, as the yellow wall in the picture is vertical. Powdered chalk is not used here; only liquid. Last, this place is a little obscure (only about a dozen members? half of whom are older Korean climbers but are good people).
And a thought on directions:
Just plug that address into Google or Naver maps. It's on the second floor, above a convenience store.
