Description
7,000 won per day
70,000 won per month

Open M-F 1130h-2300h
Open weekends only if raining.

Owner Hyang-ok Choi (최향옥) seems very friendly and helpful. She is also an avid orienteerer, if anyone is interested in that.

It's a brand-new gym, so everything is quite clean. It has air-conditioning, a weight training area with both a treadmill and a stationary bike, a resting room, an office, lockers and large, separate change rooms and shower facilities. The gym is located in the basement, it is about 3m in height, it seems to mostly use Enterprise holds.

They don't have shoes available for rental yet, so bring your own gear, but they do have some cheap slippers that will do in a pinch if you are a total beginner without shoes.

They also offer a special stretching session once a week (it seems as though it takes place on Monday afternoons, at least for now).

Directions
Go to Taereung St. (태릉입구역), it is located on lines 6 &7.
Go out either exit 4 or 5 and double back.
There is a small street/large alleyway. Walk straight down it, passing two small alleys on the left.
Turn left at the third alley. There is a large eel (장어) restaurant on the the corner.
Walk about 25m forward. The gym entrance is on your right. (If you hit the tofu restaurant, you've gone too far).

Map. In summer, this is the coolest gym I've ever been to (in US or Korea). Really, it's wonderful. And I agree, the owner is kind, welcoming, and speaks a little English. The gym is no longer new, but it's still very clean and was clearly planned out and designed well.

When I was here a few days ago I was told that the monthly price will increase to 80,000 as of December.

Nice gym and the woman who runs it was very nice. Not crowded at all and a lot of nice little touches all around.
