Description
Granite boulders and cliffs of varying height and angles. Problems range from one move wonders to highballs. The granite here is generally good, but there is the occasional loose hold or chossy boulder. The boulder field is pretty large and problems are in little clusters scattered throughout the area. You may end up hiking around a little within the little valley. A lot of problems could go down here, It just depends on where you look. But you could go to a different part of the valley each time you visit.

Directions
Take line 1 (the orange one) to Jangjeon Dong 장전동 and go out exit 2. Take bus 80 to Namsandong 남산동 and don't get off untill you are at the base of the mountain and the bus turns right past the parking lot filled with bus 80 busses. If you see the driving range with green netting on the right you went one stop too far. Head up the little road across from the bus 80 parking lot. Immediately look for a little trail that goes through the garden on the right (before the blocked section of the road and follow it up for a while (through the workout area) turn left on the paved path and follow it up the mountain. Eventually the path will end at a little parking area. From there take the trail to the left and keep the creek on your left side until you get to the next hoola hoop/ work out area from there follow the main creek bed (the one to the right) up to the boulders. This valley is large and there are boulders throughout. It's best to go with someone familiar with the area if you want to find the good problems that are hidden in the trees.

The approach is about 30 min, but you can cut it down to 10 if you have a car or scooter. The car approach is really convenient and can save you a steep hike.

Safety Concerns
Pads! One is a minimum. Some of the best problems will take a few pads. At least one good spotter is also needed on some problems.

Additional Comments
No water or food nearby, but there is plenty of shade.

FYI
There is also great bouldering just north of Busan in Yangsan. There are a few great places, but The Valley of the Screaming Ajeoshi is the only one being developed so far. If you live in northern Busan the travel time is pretty short.

This place, is great. There are many boulder problems, and if you like a virgin then here is a good place to pick up out which ever one you like for free.

Nearly all the places we went had one or two problems going for them.

I think that leather fingers would not go-a-miss, this is a wonder place to spend a quite afternoon, or morning putting up new problems.
